Spaghetti with Fresh Mozzarella and Colorful Cherry Tomatoes

Mozzarella cheese is a curd cheese originating from Italy. Fresh mozzarella is moist, milky and sliceable
500g of colorful cherry tomatoes
1 - 2 ps of Mozzarella 125g, minced
1 lemon, squeeze the juice
1 onion, chopped
6 tbsp of olive oil
4 tsp of capers
1 red chili, diced
Salt and pepper

Boil spaghetti for 10 minutes.

Put the lemon juice and lemon zest in a large bowl, adding chopped onion, salt and pepper. Leave on 10 minutes for soft onions.

Mix olive oil, capers, diced chili into the onion mixture above, season.

Put spaghetti in a bowl with above mixture, cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella and mix gently to avoid being crushed. Put on a plate and enjoy.
