Ingredient
250g Mozzarella, cubed
1 cup of flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg, beat well
A little parsley, chopped, mixed with breadcrumbs
2 tomatoes and 1 bell pepper, chopped
Garlic, tomato sauce, cooking oil, olive oil.
Directions
Step 1 | Roll Mozzarella over flour, then roll over egg and bread crumbs 3 times. |
Step 2 | Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours. |
Step 3 | Fry the cheese in oil with medium heat until golden brown. |
Step 4 | Put olive oil in a small pan, stir fry garlic and bell peppers, then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce to poached until the sauce thickens. Season with spices. |
Step 5 | When used, dip the fried cheese in tomato sauce or pour tomato sauce on the fried cheese and then enjoy. |
