Mozzarella cheese is a curd cheese originating from Italy. Fresh mozzarella is moist, milky and sliceable
250g Mozzarella, cubed
1 cup of flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg, beat well
A little parsley, chopped, mixed with breadcrumbs
2 tomatoes and 1 bell pepper, chopped
Garlic, tomato sauce, cooking oil, olive oil.
Roll Mozzarella over flour, then roll over egg and bread crumbs 3 times.
Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Fry the cheese in oil with medium heat until golden brown.
Put olive oil in a small pan, stir fry garlic and bell peppers, then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce to poached until the sauce thickens. Season with spices.
When used, dip the fried cheese in tomato sauce or pour tomato sauce on the fried cheese and then enjoy.
