Boccocini, Fresh Peaches and Mint Leaves Skewer
Bocconcini are cherry-sized mozzarella cheese.They are often used in tomato and basil salads and pasta or Italian biscuits.
4 - 6 fresh peaches
2 handfuls of fresh mint leaves
8 - 16 small wooden skewers
Cut peaches into 4 pieces or into cubes.
Skewer 1 piece of peach, 1 mint leaf and 1 boconccini ball. Continue to skewer 1 to 2 more times depending on the length of the skewer.
You can sprinkle with salt and pepper if you like.
Used as a appetizer.
