Cantaloupe Bocconcini with Ham Salad

Bocconcini are cherry-sized mozzarella cheese.They are often used in tomato and basil salads and pasta or Italian biscuits.
1 cantaloupe about 0.5 kg
200g shredded ham
3 tbsp of chopped basil
1 tbsp of chopped mint leaves
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of white vinegar
1/4 tsp of salt

Cut the cantaloupe in half, scoop out small pieces with a melon baller or you can peel and cut into small cubes.
