Grilled Peaches, Arugula and Ham with Fresh Burrata Salad
Burrata is a fresh cheese coming from Italy. It is made of fresh mozzarella and cream.
4 peaches, cut each fruit into 8 pieces
8 - 10 large basil leaves
250g Burrata, cut into 8-10 pieces
100g ham, shredded
5 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Put peaches on the grill, spread a little olive oil on the peaches and grill for 4 - 5 minutes. Turn over the other side and continue grilling for 4 - 5 minutes.
Put grilled peaches and arugula on a plate, add ham and burrata on top.
Drizzle olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and enjoy.
