Our burratas are a dream come true to cheese lovers: The outer shell is a Fresh Cheese bag while the inside is filled with Cream and Stracciatella mixture. Spun by Ottima Cheese artisans, this limited edition Truffle Honey Burrata is produced using only high quality, locally sourced fresh milk from the same morning's milking (maximum 12 hours between the milking and the production).
Serve fresh Truffle Honey Burrata at room temperature by removing it from refrigeration at least half an hour before serving. Enjoy it with ripe tomatoes, basil and crusty bread with a light drizzle of olive oil, or let it add contrast to ripe berries, honeydew melon and grilled figs.

Preservation and Usage: Preserve at 4-6 C degree. Use within 9 days from the day of production.
