- Two Japanese cucumbers
- 1kg of Greek yogurt (no sugar)
- 3 cloves of garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemon or wine vinegar
- A pinch of dill, oregano, or mint
Grate the cucumber, squeeze to remove excess moisture
Mix all the main ingredients: cucumber, yogurt, garlic, salt, lemon or vinegar, and olive oil
Sprinkle with more seasonings according to your preference and serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator before enjoying.
